Each home built by Isha Homes includes a Limited Warranty, which provides your peace of mind, as it is administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation and backed by one of the largest insurance companies in the world. One of the most comprehensive warranties available today, the warranty covers materials and workmanship, as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards, for the first year after the date that you close.

Continuing coverage through the second year includes specific components of your major mechanical and electrical systems as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards. Most importantly, the Limited Warranty coves defined construction defects for the entire warranty period.Your kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a few examples, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties that Isha passes along to you at closing. What is more, the Limited Warranty can be transferred to another buyer if you sell your home within the warranty period.
