Why Choose Isha Homes |
Inside Your Walls |
|

|
When it comes
time to bring our inventive floor plans to life, we rely on
the collective knowledge of Isha’s building team. Our
group of builders, designers, purchasing agents and engineers
take special care to reinforce that our homes are built well,
which means they perform well, inside and out. It’s
the foundation of our Inside the Wall Quality Approach. We
use age-resistant materials, innovative building methods and
broad inspection protocols. We even take it a step further
by considering ways to make the home more energy efficient.
The result is a home that can handle life’s little challenges. |

Inspecting Our Work*
To match the beauty and livability of what you see with
the strength and durability of what you can’t,
we employ innovative building methods and inspect our
work at multiple stages. We start from the ground up,
literally, by using a geological engineer in most areas
to test our soil before we even purchase the land. As
every step, we consider ways to improve the performance
of your house, such as using hot nails to reduce the
squeakiness in your floor, placing weep holes in masonry
to allow moisture to escape or separating interior walls
to reduce the amount of sound attenuation. To further
check our work, we have random third-party inspections.

Conserving Energy*
You don’t have to compromise between cost and
efficiency. We strive to build homes that cost less
to heat and cool than in the past, without leaving a
footprint on nature. It’s achieved by thinking
about how air circulated through the home, what’s
the proper way to seal the home and where the home will
be located. And it’s realized through proper sealing
of ducts, advanced HVAC systems, and materials like
Low-e windows, radiant barriers and fiberglass doors.
